Great Scilly Spring Clean starts today
The Great Scilly Spring Clean 2019 is on this weekend, with 14 scheduled cleans over the next three days.

The work kicks off on St Mary's this afternoon, with 10 different beaches to be tackled on the island today, Saturday and Sunday.
There will also be coastal and beach cleans on St Agnes, Bryher, Tresco and St Martins on Sunday.
The first clean is led by the Wildlife Trust on Porth Hellick between 2pm and 3.30pm this afternoon.
The Trust wrote on social media: “Plenty of options and opportunities to join in even if you can only offer up 10-15 minutes of your time - every bit makes a difference!.
“We're looking forward to a bumper, busy weekend and can't wait to see how many people turn up and what weird things we may find!”
The Great Scilly Spring Clean 2018 saw 359 people remove 337 bags of marine debris seven islands.
