The Islands' Partnership is seeking residents' opinions on how to extend the season on Scilly and improve the overall standards on the islands.
Two workshops on the subject will take place during Scilly Business Week on Wednesday March 20th, alongside an appearance by Cornwall's award-winning accommodation provider Latitude50 and leading industry guru Pam Foden, who will offer advice on how to improve Scilly's core offer.
The IP are also keen for retailers in Hugh Town and across the islands to work with them and the Council on improving the "general look and feel" of the islands, with a workshop scheduled to exchange ideas on Friday morning (March 22nd).
Poppy Treffry, whose Cornish embroidery business includes two high street stores, will also be on hand on Friday morning to offer advice on increasing footfall, while national campaign #WhatDoYouThink will talk about how social media can empower retailers.
The IP's Carolyn Garman urged islanders to get involved in Scilly Business Week and make the most of the advice and expertise on offer.
She said: "Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to the workshops and presentations. There is still space on all the workshops. Please do support Scilly Business Week... we go to a lot of effort to make the sessions interesting and relevant and to bring top speakers over from the mainland so it would be lovely to see as many of you at the workshops and presentations as possible."
