'No trick or treat' signs issued by police
Devon & Cornwall Police have issued signs for Isles of Scilly residents who would rather not be trick or treated tonight.

The force has issued A4 posters so that anyone who feels uncomfortable being approached in their home can avoid being disturbed.
The signs, reading ‘Sorry, no trick or treat this Halloween’, can be stuck on doors or windows.
While many islanders are more than happy to be visited by little ghouls and monsters, families are urged to respect vulnerable residents or those with nervous pets who may be disturbed by people knocking on the door.
Posters can be collected from Islands Home Hardware on St Mary's.
