David Walliams visits Tresco & Bryher School
David Walliams visited Tresco and Bryher School yesterday to read to its pupils.

The bestselling children's author read from his books Windy Mindy and Gangster Granny.
Tresco Estate Head of Marketing Tom Matthews told This is Scilly that he then "very kindly left a copy of each book for every child, plus his whole collection for the school library."
David wrote on Twitter: "My smallest ever school visit today to a school with only 15 pupils!"
The Britain's Got Talent judge was on Tresco with his six-year-old Border Terrier Bert, who proved a hit with the school children.

He also found time to explore Tresco and take a dip in the sea during the two-day visit, keeping followers up to date with his activities via Twitter and Instagram.

Model and TV presenter Kelly Brook filmed a segment for ITV's This Morning on Tresco last week.
Former cricketer Darren Gough stayed on St Martin's in June, while other recent celebrity visitors include Kate Winslet, Jennifer Saunders and Isles of Scilly Steamship Group patron Ray Mears.
