The seals, one from Bryher and two from Tresco, are heading to the mainland on the Scillonian to join Enys, who was flown across last week after being found at Porth Hellick.
Wildlife Trust Trustee Steve Manning and wife Pam helped resident vet Heike Dorn round up the pups and prepare them for their journey.
The Trust posted on Facebook: "Steve has asked that thanks be given to Caroline and Glenn Marlow (two vets on holiday), Richard Pearce and the staff at Hell Bay Hotel, Mike Nelhams and Tresco Boat Services for their assistance, and Joseph Pender who was standby to help out. Well done everyone!
"Isles of Scilly Travel you've got some very special travellers today; hopefully the journey is uneventful for them and their recovery at Gweek goes smoothly."
