Bryher to hold inaugural Music Festival on Sunday
The second of this summer's off-island fetes takes place this weekend - and this time there's the added bonus of a Music Festival.

Bryher will host its annual fete between 1pm and 3.45pm on Sunday, followed immediately by live music until 7pm.
The fete will include stalls, a jumble sale and a bouncy castle, as well as a new giant football dart board part financed by the Isles of Scilly Steamship Group's Community Fund. The dart board is available for other islands to borrow.
There will also be a bar, cream teas, cakes and a barbecue.

The evening event, meanwhile, will feature sets by local bands The Pie Trio, Southern Comfort, Touching Cloth, All Squared Up and The Steam Band.
There will be a selection of food stalls including pizza, paella and burritos, alongside a gin bar from Westward Farm.
Both events take place on the Fete Field at Green Bay, with return boats provided to all islands.
Next up is Tresco Fete & Fun Day (August 13th), St Martins Fete (August 20th) and the Garrison Sports & Music Festival on St Mary's (August 27th). Bank Holiday Monday (August 28th) also sees a return display by the Red Arrows.
