The Isles of Scilly is expected to enjoy a record-breaking year for cruise ship visits.
Weather permitting, the islands will welcome 75 ships with up to 25,000 passengers between April and the end of September.
The number of passengers per ship ranges from 70 to 1,500.
The first vessel expected is the Astoria on April 8th, which will bring up to 500 passengers to St Mary's and Tresco.
The last is currently the Albatross on September 30th.
The biggest is the Columbus, the new flagship of the Cruise & Maritime fleet, on 1,500. The ship has had several previous incarnations, including the Star Princess, Arcadia, Ocean Village and Pacific Pearl.
The number of ships expected this year is some 18 more than last year.
