Seasalt raises money with charity snow buntings

Cornish clothing brand Seasalt has raised £1,475 for local charities nationwide through the sale of its snow bunting bird window props.

The flock was made in Falmouth by Seasalt’s in-house team of window designers and spent Christmas nesting in Seasalt window displays across the country before being sold for charity.

Staff at the Isles of Scilly store chose to donate their share of the snow bunting funds to Cornwall Air Ambulance.

Seasalt co-founder Neil Chadwick said: “Last year we sold the handcrafted owls from our window displays to raise funds for local charities. It went down so well with our customers that we decided to do it again this year, meaning we can continue to make a difference to lots of causes nationwide.”

Seasalt has 16 stores in the South West.
